Stella is a Dragonewt and a member of the Dragon Faithful who worships Milim Nava. She came to Tempest under the orders to check out the city that grabbed the Demon Lord's interests. After tasting Tempest's food, her goal is to learn how to cook and serve her dishes to Milim. She is one of the main protagonists in the spin-off, Trinity in Tempest.
