Stephanie Brown

First appearing in Detective Comics #647, created by Chuck Dixon and Tom Lyle. Stephanie Brown is the daughter of Cluemaster, a smaller villain of Batman. Her distaste for her father's villainy led to her becoming the Spoiler, as she tried to spoil his plans. She eventually got involved with the Bat-family, developing a romantic relationship with the Robin at the time, Tim Drake. When Tim was forced to step down from the position, Stephaine became the fourth Robin for a brief period of time. Eventually, she also took up the mantle of Batgirl, becoming the third to do so. Stephanie is both aggressive and impetuous, and deeply caring and loyal. She started off more angry but developed into a more perky, sassy character. She fights for justice and to undo the actions of her criminal father.
