Stocking Anarchy

Stocking Anarchy is the titular co-protagonist of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. She is the younger sibling of the Anarchy sisters. Her name is derived from the object she is able to weaponize. Stocking is of moderate height. She has very pale skin and her hair is a dark blue Hime cut that has a pink underside, tied with a blue bow in the back.
