Sui Shijima

Sui Shijima is a secondary character of Hanasaku Iroha. She is an owner of Kissuiso, the widow of Seiji Shijima, the mother of Satsuki Matsumae and Enishi Shijima and the 68-year old grandmother of Ohana Matsumae. Sui has a fierce and strict composure towards her employees and holds no hesitations in physically disciplining them. She also doesn't wish for any radical changes to the inn, such as those suggested by Takako Kawajiri, the inn's business consultant adviser.
