SUNNY

SUNNY is the player character and silent main protagonist in OMORI. SUNNY can be controlled and named by the player during day sections, where FARAWAY can be explored. SUNNY looks like an average teenager. He has straight, black, ear-long hair, with a fringe that slightly covers his eyes. He also has arched eyebrows and eyes of that same shade of black, in contrast with his paler skin. In the present, he wears a white-collared shirt with a blue vest over it. He wears beige shorts, white socks, and black shoes. He also appears to have grown slightly taller but not that much compared to his friends possibly due to malnutrition from spending four years as a shut-in. SUNNY was described as a shy but kind boy. BASIL described SUNNY as a "really good listener" and although he was timid, SUNNY cared about his friends and they got along well. SUNNY is said to have "a great memory". After SOMETHING happened, he turns from shy to reclusive and cuts himself off completely from his friends and the world, becoming a hikikomori for several years.
