Sylvia Richter

Sylvia Richter, is one of the girls on Team 2, or the Iris Cat Team. A German girl who is calm and stubborn. She wakes up when visiting Japan for sightseeing with a friend. Tsumugi calls her "Silby-chan". She has a sick younger sister, Patricia, who has been left in her home country. She has strong sense of responsibility. Because unfamiliar with Japanese culture, she is willing to learn and adapt to them, but she thinks that Ota-gei is a traditional Japanese dance (teached by Sakurako).She has a slight misunderstanding when trying to express it. She's Tendo Machi's best friend.
