Syuko Shiomi

Syuko Shiomi is one of the characters available in THE iDOLM@STER: Cinderella Girls and THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls: Starlight Stage. She is voiced by Lu Ting. A footloose and relaxed girl from Kyoto, Syuko used to help watch her parent's Wagashiya shop until getting kicked out after an argument with them. Needing to fend for herself after being kicked out, Syuko began working as a waitress and had a 'hobby' of donating blood in order to scrounge up money to live on. The Producer ends up recruiting Syuko and she stays in the production's dormitories. Syuko reveals that even though her parent's kicked her out because she was lazy, she isn't on bad terms with them. Syuko has shown to be a relaxed and casual individual, but has devilish and sly side to her. Due to these attributes, Syuko is largely associated with foxes. Though she can fend for herself with her idol job, Syuko still likes to give blood to get free tea and snacks. In the tie-in Cinderella Girls Theater skits, Syuko is shown to move at her own pace. She admits that she can’t be as sexy as Minami Nitta, and wants to believe that she is more of a nightlife person. While she can be lazy, she is normally active during the daytime. Syuko says she cannot swim, although Sachiko Koshimizu is dubious of this.
