Nozomi Tachibana

Tachibana Nozomi is one of the students studying in Highlander Railroad Academy who wields a Handgun. She is a member of the Central Control Center. Nozomi is small in stature, she has white skin and pointed ears, with a triangular golden earring on her left ear.
