Shinsuke Takasugi

Shinsuke Takasugi was the leader of the Kiheitai, an extremist Joui faction and a wanted fugitive. He was the main recurring antagonist in Gintama before the appearance of Utsuro, later becoming Gintoki's ally again. Takasugi has short, black hair with dark-purple highlights, often appearing pure dark purple in some shots.
