Talulah

Born Talulah Artorius, Talulah is the daughter of Edward Artorius, a Victorian Draco nobleman and a close friend of Wei Yenwu, and Wei's sister; while she is birthed by a Lung mother, Talulah is identified as her father's race. Talulah is a major antagonist of the first part of Arknights' Main Story and a boss enemy in Episode 08. DESCRIPTION The leader and spokesperson of Reunion. So far, she has been confirmed to have masterminded multiple riots, as well as the destruction of Chernobog. ABILITY(s) Long-ranged attacks and [Stellar Corona] deal Arts damage; When blocked, uses melee attacks that deal True damage; Applies [Burning Breath] to one target (Deals increasing True damage each second, but can be resisted); When HP drops beneath half, gains greatly increased DEF and RES, and uses Skills more often.
