Asuka Tanaka

Asuka Tanaka is a major supporting character of Sound! Euphonium series. She was a student at Kitauji High School two years above Kumiko Oumae who played euphonium in the school's concert band. Also she was the band's vice president, drum major and bass section leader during Kumiko's first year. Asuka appears as a normal young woman of an above-average height with straight and lush shoulder-length black hair, and light-blue eyes; she wears thin red circular glasses, which are seen as her trademark.
