Ten no Koe

Voice of the Heavens is the narrator of the series. Throughout both the anime and the manga, he narrates on what happens in the series while at the same time mocking and ridiculing the characters about what they are doing, with frequent snarks at the absurd plot and the silly nature of the story. Some of the cast can hear him and respond accordingly. He appeared in episode 50 of the anime as a tall man with no face hosting a quiz game.
