Tio Flat

Tio is a reporter for the local newspaper and Melca Tiano's partner. She is mainly in charge of photography. Unlike Melca, who will sacrifice her life for a scoop, she is relatively sensible, but is often at Melca's mercy. She is skilled in magic that allows her to sense smells.
