Toki Arata

Toki Arata (新多 トキ) is a Minor character in Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z. She is the wife of Kibō Arata and the mother of Shin Arata and Ayu Arata. She is first mentioned in Episode 01 and first appears in Episode 02. She is voiced by Chiemi Ishimatsu.
