Toko is a member of the Fourth Division of the Defense Force. Toko is a slim young woman with black hair buckled up into a messy high chignon, big eyes and square glasses. She wears the usual uniform of the Defense Force when on duty. Toko seems to be very professional when working, loudly showing her disapproval for Captain Jugo Ogata laid-back behavior at work.
