Moodmaker who is good at livening things up. He’s the unit’s jokester character but by nature is actually very caring and quite the worrier. Recently he’s starting to feel the limits of playing the goof character. He worries a lot about how he is perceived by others and has an extraordinary passion for beauty. Toma is a tall, fair-skinned young man with shoulder-length blonde hair worn in a hairstyle with half of it tied back. His hair appears to be dyed blonde, and is brown at the roots. There is a sparkly, green beaded hair strand decoration on the left-hand side of his hair. He wears a lime green, long-sleeved dress shirt with an open collar as well as a light grey jean jacket with black frill on the front and decorative writing, including the VISTY logo. He has white pants with an orange stripe down the leg and white-grey sneakers with orange and lime green accents. He has an ear cuff on the helix of his left ear, two chain necklaces, and a white pearl-bead necklace. He has several rings (two on his left, a white ring on the index and an orange ring on the middle finger; a white ring on the right pinky finger) and an orange bracelet on his right wrist.
