Tomoe Akitsuki

She's a first year student at Kamakura High and the cycling club's president. She helped Hiromi learn how to ride a bike again and helped start the cycling club with her. She later becomes the cycling clubs president due to her knowledge of the area, helpfulness, and how easy she gets along with everyone. She's very good at showing everyone how to get around Kamakura by bike and what routes to take. Her nickname is Tomo-Chan. She is very friendly, kind, smart and wears glasses.
