Torako Koshi

Torako Koshi, or simply Koshitan, is the president of the student council and the Deer Club, and the former class representative of 2-B at Hino Minami High School. She is the classmate, best friend, and clubmate of Noko Shikanoko, and the older sister, schoolmate, and clubmate of Anko Koshi. She is one of the main protagonists of the Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan series who made her debut in Chapter 1 of the manga and "Girl Meets Deer" of the anime.
