Touka Fujisaka

Touka Fujisaka is the first generation wielder of Sekkarou and the former observer of Meiga Itogami. She was assigned as an Observer for Meiga Itogami after he "suddenly reappeared" back to the Lion King Organization after he was presumed dead. She was believed to have died from fighting a group of spellcasters on her own. This was proven by Shike to be false. She stated that Touka Fujisaka evolved into an Angel Faux through Sekkarou.
