Touka Keisha

Touka Keisha is a secondary supporting character in the 86 -Eighty Six- series and the deuteragonist of the Fragmental Neoteny: Varlet prequel story. Touka is a mechanic of the Eighty-Sixth Strike Package's 27th Maintenance Company. She is in charge of maintaining the Undertaker along with Guren Akino. She was originally one of Shin and Fido's mechanics in the Eighty-Sixth Sector.
