Touko Hio

Touko Hio is one of the caretakers of Ayaka Kagari in Tougetsu Academy along with Kanae Hozuki where they helped her to interact with society. Touko is a girl of average height but of voluptuous build with chin-length ice blue hair that is curled at the ends with bangs hanging on either side which exposes her forehead and brown eyes. She is usually clad in her school uniform, though she's also seen in several other outfits, usually her work uniforms from her various part-time jobs.
