Touko is a female investigator who works in the Special Intelligence Division 4 called Shinigami and fights evil extra-judicially. She is a beautiful woman who is half-German and half-Japanese. Her mother was a former military member. She has a great body and extraordinary beauty. She is strict but also has the heart to make jokes even in the most serious moments.
