Towa Herschel

Towa Herschel is introduced as a student and student council president at Thors Military Academy's Class IV, and a member of the ARCUS test team alongside Crow Armbrust, George Nome and Angelica Rogner. After graduating for Thors she became an instructor at Thors Military Academy Branch Campus. Towa is a somewhat petite young woman, who wears her long brown hair tied in a ponytail accented with a blue ribbon.
