Tsubaki Sannomiya

Tsubaki Sannomiya is arguably the main antagonist of the story. She appears as a proud and snotty girl who despises Sayuri due to the fact that she got a scholarship because of her grades. Despite being in an elite school for training patisseries, she is not good at baking and is often combining seafood in making pastries. She is often seen with her posse.
