Tsuchiya is an esper and a former member of Claw who was part of the upper echelon called "Scar". Tsuchiya has bobbed black hair that flares out to either side, forming a bell shape. She has prominent lips and heavy eyebrows, and she bears a scar at the top of her right cheek.
