Tsugumi Matsunae

Tsugumi Matsunae is a player in NEO: The World Ends with You, and is a member of the Ruinbringers alongside Kaichi "Susukichi" Susuki. She first appeared at the end of The World Ends with You -Solo Remix-. She later appeared in A New Day, an epilogue created for The World Ends With You: Final Remix. Tsugumi seems to be closed off, unwilling to engage with others unless she must. In the trailer she speaks in a very cold and emotionless voice and speaks in a robotic manner. Contrary to her demure appearance, she possesses powerful psychic abilities and poses a threat to other Players.
