Tsukasa Shippō

Tsukasa Shippō (七宝 司) is an Independent Ranger. Even after he passed the Bailong Exam, no battalion wanted to recruit him due to his personality, and so he resulted as a rare case of a fully-qualified Ranger with no assigned battalion. Though he left the left the Rangers after getting lost, and ended up joining the Neo-Rangers instead. Tsukasa is a very bright and enthusiastic individual, though he is not very bright, as he is stated to be very dumb.
