Ulti

Ulti is a one of the Tobiroppo, the strongest six Headliners, of the Beasts Pirates. Ulti is a very bold, rude, and short-tempered young woman, not one to back down from a verbal quarrel and regularly threatening violence against those who annoy her. Somewhat capricious, she is shown acting friendly, sophisticated one moment and yelling whilst dangerously blunt the next.
