Ultimatia is the primary antagonist of Ragna Crimson first season. She was the dragon monarch of the last Winged Bloodline. She was previously known as Carla Number 19835, clone of the Solarians' Dragon Scourge Carla. Ultimatia's looks like a young woman with long, smooth, pale cyan hair reaching her shoulders, and her eyes are lavender outlined by a light blue. She wears an emblazoned low-necked white robe, and pair of shoes with the same embellishment.
