Uncle Ruckus

Uncle Ruckus is the central antagonist of the animated TV series The Boondocks. He is voiced by Gary Anthony Williams. His role in the series varies depending on the storyline of the episode he's featured in. He can either be one of the main antagonists, major anti-hero, or neutral. He is a black man who firmly doesn't like black people -- the world's biggest "Uncle Tom".
