Uragami

Uragami (浦上 Uragami?) is a minor character in the Toaru Majutsu no Index series. She is a member of the Amakusa-Style Remix of Church. The character used for her name is similar to Urakami, an area in the northern part of Nagasaki, the ground zero for the second atomic bombing in history. It may be a reference to the Urakami Cathedral, which was destroyed in the bombing but was later reconstructed. The furigana for Uragami (うらがみ?) has her name pronounced differently than the above places.
