Ursula

Ursula (Usarapa) is a member of the Alpha Trio and the Alpha Gang, being a primary villain in season 1 but becoming a hesitant ally in Mesozoic Meltdown. In the anime, she is more of a comic relief character lacking much intelligence or skill, while the arcade and DS games make her more serious and capable. She is voiced by Rachael Lillis in the English dub.
