Ursula is dragon who attends at same school of Iris and Aegis, which are her classmates. Dragons inherit the memories and powers of their parents upon birth, because of that they possess a vast amount of knowledge, so they tend to act lofty and look down on other races. And that's why she have a stubborn and disrespectful attitude toward the professor, which she call Public Servant.
