Uta

Uta is a mysterious but friendly girl who mysteriously appeared in Tokyo following a "bubble rain" incident around the world. She's highly curious and outgoing, but doesn't talk much, except to Hibiki, who she takes a liking to. The two of them seem to have a close bond. Uta is a young girl with short, light blue hair, and purple eyes. Uta wears what seems to be a sailor's uniform with a red and blue color scheme. The top is cut at the stomach, and the skirt is red and blue.
