Váli

Váli is the daughter of Alfaðör and the younger sister of Baldr and Höðr. Unlike her two elder sisters, Váli remained behind for the initial events of Book IX. Suddenly, Heimdallr returns to the Celestial Realm and speaks to Váli. She assumes Heimdallr is only there to report of Baldr's success in her task, but is shocked to learn that not only was Baldr defeated by the Order of Heroes, but that she had lost her divine protection.
