Velve

Velve (ウィルフ, Vel, Wilf) is the Captain of the Patrol of the Capital of Forest. She often has her wolf summons around her when she is patroling, of which she has dubbed 'Warriors'. She is extremely vengeful and is quick to become aggressive if something aggravates her. She has the ability to turn into a large wolf when viewing the moon, but her transformation takes some energy out of her wolves. She is the younger sister of Leyland and goes to her when she needs comfort.
