Velza Norn

Velza Norn is a character of Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki series. Velza is a dark elf with short silver hair. Velza is calm and quick-witted. However, these elements disappear when she is near Halbert Magna, causing her to have a fan-girl style reaction and obsession. She is shown to be smart, having scored at or near the top of the incoming class at the Royal Academy, and is chosen as the student representative for her class at the opening ceremony.
