Velzard

Velzard, also known as the Frost Dragon, is the second oldest of the five True Dragons and is the partner of Guy Crimson. Velzard generally assumes a child-like appearance for the purpose of leaking her aura to keep the surroundings of the Frost Palace frozen and gridlocked. She appears no older than a girl in high school, with fair skin, eyes the color of Blue Diamonds, and long, Glossy Pearl-White hair tied into twin-tails reaching her waist.
