Victoria is an extremely powerful Gift user and a member of the Elders, the nine strongest Gift users in the world. She is the district lord of Rhodos but was once an infamous pirate captain who sailed across the world as she sought out challenges in the form of worthy opponents while raiding with her crew, the Knights of Rhodos and Hekate centuries ago.
