Wadatsumi

Wadatsumi is a tomboy, living in an post-apocalyptic world practically covered with water, on what she thinks to be the last piece of earth. After coming in contact with a mysterious creature named Izanagi, she undergoes a startling transformation where she appears to age by several years and gains tremendous power.
