Wako Izumi is an extremely energetic young lady who is never seen without a smile, and is part of the main trio with Nagumo and Niikura in CITY. She has a fanciful sense of logic, and can spend whole days wandering around following her superstitions. She can make elaborate pranks, and has a supernatural ability to bring out whatever props she needs at will to follow her antics. She notably observes a religion that she made up.
