Walter C. Dornez

Walter C. Dornez is a part of the Hellsing Organization and butler to Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, the head of the organization. Aside from serving and protecting Integra, Walter also makes weapons for the vampires of the Hellsing Organization, such as Alucard's guns and Seras' cannons. He is proficient with the use of garottes and sharp strings in combat.
