As an executive of an evil organization plotting to invade Earth, commonly known as "The General," he engages in daily battles with the Earth defense organization "Ranger." He is a ruthless villain in the organization, but he is the type who is very strict when it comes to his work. He believes in taking a break from his work on his days off and enjoying a fulfilling holiday. While exploring Earth, he was captivated by a panda he met at a zoo.
