Wataru Akiyama

He is a racer from Saitama, his home course is Shomaru pass. He has a cousin and a Sister. He actually looks very similar to Takumi Fujiwara, the protagonist, he has a similar hairstyle, and they both drive 86s. He is very serious when it comes to racing, often over exaggerating and getting angry when he gets lied to. He put a turbo in his AE86 Corolla Levin.
