He is a mysterious partially-omniscient figure, who always seems to know everything as to what is going on, and one of the most suspicious, powerful and influential characters in the Xenosaga series. Similar to KOS-MOS, his red eyes are clearly inhuman. Wilhelm is incredibly calm, seemingly never surprised by much that happens. He speaks in a calm and slightly monotone (emotionless) way. He is generally emotionless, never showing anger, sadness or even happiness, but rather, mild amusement.
