Witch

Witch is a supporting character witch-phantom who grants other phantoms wishes. She seems like a young woman in her early 20s. She is a cheerful and kind Phantom who is also very caring and will hear and grant any wish she gets from another Phantom. She is an unusual benevolent Phantom. It doesn't matter if it is a bad or good thing; she will grant the wish no matter what.
