Witch Queen

The Witch Queen is the ruler of the Witches' Forest and the mother of all witches. The Witch Queen is a tall woman with a slim build. She has pink hair, which is pulled up under her hat, and teal eyes. Beneath both of her eyes are three dark blue teardrops. Her lips are the same shade of blue.
