Xerxes Break

Xerxes Break, often referred to by his Pandora alias "Mad Hatter", is a supporting protagonist from Jun Mochizuki's Pandora Hearts. He works as a representative of Pandora under the Rainsworth Dukedom. It was he who organized the efforts to facilitate Oz Vessalius's escape from the Abyss, though this ends up being in vain when Oz escapes on his own. Break conscripts Oz and Alice as his subordinates after threatening to arrest them.
