YO4144 (credited as Transfused Red Blood Cell 3 (輸血赤血球３ Yuketsu Sekkekyū 3?) in the anime) is a red blood cell that is transfused into the host body of the main series after experiencing massive blood loss. YO4144 has dark brown hair in twin braided ponytails and brown eyes. She wears a standard Red Blood Cell Uniform. Like the rest of the transfused cells, she too was confused as to the situation they are currently in and wonders why AE3803 is tired.
