Youko Satou (佐藤洋子, Satou Youko) is one of the main characters in the manga The Fable and The Fable: The Second Contact. Disguising herself as the supposed "little sister" of Akira Satou, while in reality being the trusted partner and driver of none other than her infamous "brother," who both are members of the infamous hitmen organization Fable. At ten years old, Youko tragically lost her parents in a devastating house fire. Fate took a surprising turn when ''the boss'', for reasons unknown, took her under his wing and trained her to become a skilled hitman. One year later, she found herself assigned as Akira's driver, sparking an unexpected partnership that would change their lives forever.
